Pollen

Pollen, a daily source of vitamins and minerals. A half-liter jar contains approximately 270 grams of pollen. Pollen is significant in that it contains all nine essential amino acids - those that the body does not synthesize on its own, but receives through nutrition, namely: methionine, lysine, leucine, isoleucine, threonine, histidine, valine, phenylalanine and tryptophan. Therefore, pollen could be an important dietary supplement for vegetarians. Important source of vitamins: A, E, D, B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), nicotinic acid (vitamin PP), folic acid (B9), biotin (B7), rutin (vitamin P), inositol. Microelements: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, silicon, selenium. It is not desirable to eat spoonfuls in unlimited quantities.
