The big honey set
Spring honey. Probably the mildest of honeys. Children like it very much. Thickens quickly, as plant nectar usually has a high glucose content. Collected from spring flowers: apple trees, pears, cherries, rapeseeds, dandelions. To preserve the most valuable what is found in honey, it is not heated.
Summer flower honey. Honey has a stronger taste. Collected from summer flowers, from late June to mid-August. As the honey hardens, the color may differ from the one shown in the picture. To preserve the most valuable what is found in honey, it is not heated.
